Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - Temperature of stand up cooler recorded at 4.3C - Stainless steel freezer at -14C - Hash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200ppm bleach solution recorded in spray bottle. - High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 74.9C on dish level during rinse cycle. - 2 compartment dishwashing sink and 2 compartment prep sink available. - Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Sept 14, 2024) - Permit posted at the front. - No signs of pest activity observed.
