Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BFEULC:

- General sanitation has improved. Further cleaning is required on the floors of the walk in cooler and in the dry storage room. The following areas have been cleaned:
- on the side of the fryer
- underneath the two compartment sink
- around the mop sink
- the potato cutter/slicer
- underneath the prep table
- Handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels
- The operator has sent the latest pest control report issued by a professional pest control company. The pest control company must inspect the facility on a monthly basis.
- The pest control company implemented control measures and clean up measures. Ensure to follow the recommendations by the professional pest control company.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated bucket with presoaked wiping cloths at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Most food items are covered with plastic wraps or tight fitting lids inside the upright cooler and the walk in cooler.
