Issued Closure Order. Environmental Health Officer met with operator onsite. Facility is temporarily closed due to fire incident in complex. Signage is posted on premises for temporary closure. Facility is not accessible at this time. Operator has informed there is still food inside the premises that needs to be removed from premises. This will be done as soon as the unit is accessible. The following requires operators attention: 1. Inform Health Department when the facility is accessilble. An inspection must be conducted once the facility is accessible 2. Provide Health Department with a list of all food items/equipment etc. that has been damaged and will be removed from premises. 3. Do not start any renovations without written approval from the Environmental Health Officer. note: Operator to provide details for restoration/renovations to Environmental Health Officer as soon as possible. Facility is to remain closed until further notice.
