Inspection conducted to follow up on outstanding items from the previous routine inspection: - All foods appeared protected at time of inspection (ie. covered, stored off the ground, not stored around/under splash zone of hand sinks...etc). - Proper scoops have been obtained for bulk food bins - Required cleaning of bulk food bins has been completed. Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation. - Sanitizer bottle for the upstairs sandwich/bubble tea area had 200ppm quat. Staff use single use paper towel to wipe. - Broken rice cookers with tape on them have been relaced with new ones that are in good condition. - All pots of broth were on the stove at time of inspection.
