Introduction

A modified scheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). To support the care of essential service workers children in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the focus of this inspection will mainly be on the health & hygiene practices, the physical premise, and any potential high risk concerns. A risk screening tool was completed prior to conducting today’s inspection.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated April 23, 2020 there were 9 children and 4 staff present.At this inspections no contraventions were identified.

The contents of this inspection were discussed on-site, however the completion of the Facility Inspection Report, and corresponding Risk Assessment Tool were completed off-site and were sent to the Licensee/Manager via (email/mail). As the report was completed off site, no signatures were captured today.

No critical hazards were noted during the walk through of the facility. All health and hygiene practises are maintained and being strictly followed. No concerns were noted.
