A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Glasswasher [Cl2] was 50ppm.
- There still are areas of the ceiling, in the kitchen, that have accumulated dust on it. Manager explained that the cleaning will be completed today.
- Foods found to be 4C in the u/c assembly coolers. The temperature of the u/c assembly coolers were 4C. Manager explained that defost cycle is set at 2:30pm and this may be the reason the temperature of the food and fridge were high during the inspection.
- Kitchen walk-in-cooler temperature was 4C.
- Management will be fixing the broken tiles around the floor drain in the kitchen.
- All violations have been addressed.
- Kitchen expansion & renovation slated to occur at the end of 2021, pending building permits from the City.
- Discussed results of the inspection with the manager and owner. No signature obtained due to the pandemic.
**Be advised, kitchen floor plans for renovations/expansions must be approved by the Health Department. Submit a copy of the floor plans to our office now, to ensure the proposed build meets health regulations. Failure to do so, may result in costly changes later on.***
