2. Paper towel observe to be missing at the handwash station. Or single method of drying hands.

2. Wnsure that the handwash station is equippled with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and a single-use method of hand drying.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Single-use plastic straws observed to be reused. Rationale = Single-use utensils are meant to be used only as they are difficult to clean and sanitize.

General Observations:
-Ice-cream freezer measured to be at -18°C or lower
-Prop cooler and coolers measured to be at 4°C or lower
-Freezers measured to be at -18°C or lower
-Pearls are made every 4 hours and leftovers are discarded
-Bleach sanitizer measured to be at 200ppm
-Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water and liquid soap
-Staff has valid and current FoodSafe Level I certificate available.

Note:
-Staff indicated that paper towel dispenser will be fixed tomorrow
-Educated staff that the cloth for sanitizing the surface remains submerged in the bleach sanitizer solution to avoid bacterial growth
-Provided education that in-use utensils are stored in ice water and not in bleach water
-Educated staff to clear the garbage can in the back to avoid attracting pests as a few flies were noted.
