Observation: Rats and mice droppings found in the back area (staff washroom, under and on equipment), dry storage area (on the floor and shelves), in the walk-in cooler (under shelves), and under the handwashing sink in the kitchen (the cabinet).
Noted 3 mice present in a trap and one on the floor near the heating tank.
Corrective Action(s): The entire kitchen requires cleaning to remove droppings. Ensure, droppings are sprayed with Bleach (1 cup full/gallon of water) prior to cleaning.
Remove mice from the premise.

Observation: Missing dry walls, floor/wall junctions (coving), holes and cracks on the walls.
Corrective Action(s): Replace dry walls, seal all gaps around fittings or in walls; floors.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: General sanitation found to be poor at the time of inspection. Food debris, grease, and rodent (mice & rats) found throughout the food premise as well as in the staff washroom. Food debris provides a food source for rodent.
Corrective Action(s): The entire kitchen requires cleaning to remove food debris.
Especially: Walk-in cooler (walls from black mold and food debris, floor from mice droppings and food debris, and shelves).Dry storage shelves from mice droppings. Fan hood from grease build up.

Observation: The prep. cooler front of cooking line is not working. Found only one small plastic container with few deep fry foods (discarded at the time of inspection).
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Repair the prep. cooler.

General sanitation just on a border line/and required improvement/.
Kitchen handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
Coolers (2 upright coolers, walk in) at < or = to 4 C.
Hot holding units (rice and soup) > 60 C.
Freezers at - 18.0 C.
Surface sanitizer - available (100 ppm of Chlorine solution) at the kitchen.
The dishwasher at 100 ppm of Chlorine solution.

Note: Pest proof containers for dry food storage available with proper lids.
Traps are set.

Note: Invoice(s) for a pest treatment must be presented next time to the area inspector.

Recommendation:
- Small renovation/upgrading is highly recommended.

- Conduct visual inspections throughout the premise.
- Notify the pest control provider about pests activity & continue the service.
- Keep the premise in sanitary conditions (regularly clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces).
- Clean storage shelves & walk-in cooler; equipment (Friendly reminder - all food must be stored 6’’ above the floor).
- Rotate and check stock regularly for any gnaw marks, signs of damage to the packing and take those of shelves.
- Perform structural maintenance such as cover/repair/seal gaps, cracks in walls, holes or other entry points for pests.
- Clean garbage area and a bin (smelly).

- Remove from the premise dirty equipment that you not use for the business (back area).
- Close the staff washroom properly or supply with paper towel & liquid soap.


Be inform: If the premice remain in the such condition enforcement actions will be taken (Correction/Closure Order and/or Violation Ticket).
