- Issues which were identified at routine inspection have been addressed: - New stainless table is in place in dishwashing area. Sanitation in this area has improved. - Chest freezer which was not in use has been removed - All handwashing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels - Quats sanitizer at dispenser(s) measured 200ppm. - Shelving in walk-in cooler has been labelled to indicate which business it is designated to.
