Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff observed to be washing hands with water only after changing gloves (note: gloves observed to be used for handling raw meat).
Corrective Action(s): Staff directed to wash hands properly. Reviewed glove use and hand washing procedures. Ensure gloves are changed as often as necessary to protect food and food equipment/utensils from contamination, and ensure that hands are washed properly using warm running water, liquid soap, then drying with paper towel in between each glove change.
