Follow-up inspection conducted:
CODE 308 in compliance. High temperature dishwasher repaired and achieved 72.6'C at plate level after final rinse.
-The motor had to be replaced. Temperature records maintained for final rinse cycle X2/day.
-Cleaning being done for mentioned shelves. Sticker to be obtained and installed. OK.
