Issues noted on Correction orde are addressed parially. Correction order due date is extened to one more month and is subject to correction to :

*- Stair way and hall way leading to the walk in cooler- clean (including jantorila sinks,) - paint the floor and remove all unrelated stuff-
*- Paint the floor under ice machine

* Kitchen manager will be away- what is the back up paln while the chef is away re: ktichen operation?

Discussed the * items with the facility supervisor (Alyssa) on phone, one month time is granted to address these issues, she/or the facility owner to respond via eamil to fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca by July 24-2017

A full inspection will be conducted in a month.
