Observation: High temperature dishwasher achieved 54.9'C at the plate level after final rinse. Temperature gauges broken. Facility is not equipped to conduct manual dishwashing. Closure Order issued at this time.
Correction: Ensure the dishwasher is repaired. Contact the health inspector once repaired, prior to re-opening.

Follow-up to inspection report# KLAI-CV6RXC
- High temperature dish machine was able to reach 185F at the rinse temperature gauge and 71.0C at the plate level during the rinse cycle. Closure Order rescinded.

All other violations cited from inspection report# KLAI-CV6RXC still needs to be corrected and will be followed-up on September 12, 2023.
