Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine detected in bleach water sanitizer located in front area (labeled spray bottle).
Note: No chlorine detected in one bleach concentrate jug. Contents discarded. Another bleach jug used to prepare new sanitizer solution.
Corrective Action(s): Contents of spray bottle discarded. Bleach water sanitizer was re-made and tested at 100 ppm chlorine. Reminder to ensure sanitizer is maintained at concentrations required for safe and effective sanitizing of food equipment and surfaces.

Routine health inspection conducted.

- Freezers satisfactory.
- No hot holding.
- Raw animal products not stored above ready-to-eat foods.
- Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 77 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum required: 71 degrees C at the utensil surface).
- Bleach water sanitizer available in back area (labeled spray bottle, bucket) at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine.
- Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing procedures for in-use equipment (slicers). Slicers to be properly disassembled, washed, rinsed, and sanitized at least every four hours or more often as necessary.
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
