Observation: OBserved approximately 8-12 pots of basil being grown in the room with hig humidity. Operaor informed that they own a farm and for personal use.
Corrective Action(s): Remove aformentioned items. Only items used for the food premises can be stored within the facility. Email pictures of the room that the pots of basil have been removed to inspector. Corrected by: April 24,2024.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. Food preparation sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 73.5C final rinse temperature.
Prep coolers, walk-in cooler, under counter cooler, and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer, under counter freezer at back of house measured at -18C or lower. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. Ice scoops observed to be stored outside.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Dry storage area observed to be in sanitary condition. Exhaust hood vents observed to be satisfactory.
Mop sink observed to be in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

Previous violation in report#JCHY-CZ7TNX has been corrected.
-Blocks of exposed wood used to suppor the pipe of pasta machine underneath observed to be replaced with concrete blocks.

NOTE: Do not use handwashing sink as rinsing sink for bar implements.

Overall, facility observed to be well maintained and organized.
