-Walk-in coolers were at 3C and 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -20C.
-Sandwich cooler was at 4C.
-Upright coolers were both at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -20C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Soups were cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails were labelled and tested at 200ppm. Pails were properly labelled.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was tested at 200ppm. Sanitizer is changed every 2 hours.
-Equipment was found to be clean and well maintained. Deli slicer proper disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Ice machine cleaned monthly. Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Foods are checked upon receipt and unacceptable foods are rejected.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalence valid until February 04, 2023.
