Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tandoor skewer with dried meat debris obseved to be stored with other tandoor skewers near the tandoor oven.
Corrective Action(s): Skewer washed, rinsed and sanitized at time of inspection. Ensure tandoor skewers are placed into the dishwashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized after every use. Previously used tandoor skewers that are re-used without proper cleaning and sanitizing can introduce pathogens (e.g. bacteria, toxins) onto food. This is a repeat violation.

- Sweets cooler at 4 degrees C or less.
- Preparation cooler at 2 degrees C (main compartment) and 5 degrees C (upper food inserts)*
* Operator stated top was open recently for cleaning. Ensure temperature of 4 degrees C or less is maintained.
- No concerns with hand washing at time of inspection.
- No canned food observed to be stored in open cans. Food is being used immediately or transferred to another appropriate food grade container for storage.
- Potatoes stored off the floor.
- No cooked rice or similar items (potentially hazardous) were being stored at room temperature.
- Cleaning has been done since the last inspection (e.g. behind chest freezer). Additional cleaning needed for cook line surfaces. Operator stated that cook line will be cleaned professionally.
