Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units at 4C or below.
Freezer unit at -18C.
3 compartment sink method was setup for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of equipment. Quats concentration was at 200ppm.
Hand washing stations satisfactory in the front and back.
General sanitation level was good.
No pest activity noted.
