Ensure to transfer all canned food product into a food grade plastic container after being opened to prevent the possibility of chemical contamination from corrosion. Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted: All cooler units at 4C or below. Freezer unit at -18C. 3 compartment sink method was setup for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of equipment. Quats concentration was at 200ppm. Hand washing stations satisfactory in the front and back. General sanitation level was good. No pest activity noted.
