Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw potentially hazardous food observed being thawed inside the mop sink (Packaged). This was removed at time of inspection and relocated to the prep sink.
Corrective Action(s): Mop sink is to be only used for disposing of waste mop water when cleaning the floors.
