Ensure to change solution in bottle more frequently.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One hand washing sink did not have easily accessible liquid soap and paper towels, as the soap dispenser was not working properly, and the paper towel dispenser was jammed.
Corrective Action(s): Operator fixed soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser at time of inspection.

- Other hand sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Three-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sink plugs available for use. Sanitizing sink compartment detected to have 100 ppm chlorine residual. *Ensure dishes flow from dirty to clean. The designated sanitizing sink should be the sink directly next to the drain board and dish rack.
- Coolers measured at 4C or colder
- Walk-in freezer measured at -18C or colder
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions. Ventilation canopy professional cleaned every 3 months. Staff clean filters in between professional cleanings (every few weeks).
- General sanitation satisfactory. Minor cleaning of floors in dry storage room needed.
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Pest control in place. *Flies noted in area with laundry hamper. Ensure to address this (see violation code 304 above).
- Foodsafe certified staff onsite.
