Routine inspection:
-handsink fully equipped with paper towel holder on the counter being used to dry hands as mounted paper towel dispenser is currently empty - refill mounted dispenser when rolls arrive
-coolers at 4C or less and equipped with thermometers
-temperature logs in use
-freezers at -18C or less
-bleach spray bottle at 100ppm chlorine for sanitizing
-no food prep at time of inspection
-facility is clean
-no signs of pests
-high temperature dishwasher sanitizing at 74C internally
-please note: FoodSafe Level 1 now expires every 5 years, the first expiration is this July, ensure new cook to be hired has a valid FoodSafe certificate (2013 or newer)
