Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tongs used for cooking observed stored on gas pipe line next to the cooking line designated hand wash station.
Corrective Action(s): Do not hang tongs on this gas pipe line. Store all utensils in a sanitary manner at all times. Instructed staff to rewash the tongs in the high temperature dishwasher.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection designated hand wash station next to cooking line used for thawing frozen packages of food products. Designated hand sink in dishwashing area obstructed from use by garbage can filled with empty beverage containers and brooms.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all designated hand wash stations are kept clear and avaialble for use for hand washing purposes only. All thawing of frozen potentially hazardous foods must be done in a cooler or in the utility sink under cold running water.

Observation: Grease and food debris accumulations observed underneath the grills and deep fryers. Cardboard used to line the floor in several areas of the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean underneath the grills and deep fryers. Discard all cardboard used to line the floor. Ensure all food products are stored at least 6" off the floor. Correct by April 25, 2019.

Observation: Hand wash station in kitchen next to small freezer not in good working order. Requires servicing by a plumber.
Corrective Action(s): Service this hand wash station and ensure it is provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single use paper towels. Correct immediately. Two additional hand wash stations available for staff to use/.
