This inspection was conducted by a student EHO.

-Handsink at cashier equipped with hot/cold running water
-Coolers at 4°C or below
-Freezers at -18°C or below
-Milk and cream (single-use, individually packaged) held in plastic containers with cryopak. Those in direct contact with cryopak are at 4°C, but many were 9 - 12.4°C. Operator voluntarily discarded all milk and cream in these 2 containers and replaced with new ones from walk-in cooler. Please ensure potentially hazardous foods, such as milk and cream are kept at 4°C or below. Advised to keep adequate amount out and regularly check temperature. Can also add more cryopak to the container.
