Follow up inspection conducted: -Pest control visit was done yesterday while facility was closed. Report indicates that additional holes have been sealed. Operator showed that the gap above the walk in cooler and underneath the 3 compartment sink is sealed. Pest control visits to be increased biweekly. -No rodent droppings observed during follow up inspection -Premises is granted health approval to re-open. -Continue to monitor for rodent activity daily
