Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Facility has added menu items such as chocolate mochi cranberry cream filling, lava toast, and blueberry cream cheese bread and these items are stored at room temperature. Cream/mochi, cheese, and cream cheese are all potentially hazardous foods and hence require refrigeration.
Corrective Action(s): Cream/mochi, cheese, and cream cheese are all potentially hazardous foods and require refrigeration. Baked items are stored at room temperature since 10:30am (now 12:45pm). Items have been removed from shelf.
**Refrigeration storage is required for these items. Submit a floor plan for proposed additional refrigeration unit. The other option is remove potentially hazardous items and stick with original approved menu.

Observation: Facility has added equipment since initial inspection:
1. A new mixer is purchased - from an online platform. Mixing bowl and metal stirrer cannot be taken out from machine for proper washing.
2. A new domestric stand up freezer is added to the front area.
3. A portable prep table with wheels added in the back kitchen.
4. Several proofer or storage racks added to the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Domestic freezer, and prep table can stay. Storage racks can stay if it's not blocking food preparation.
**Remove new mixer as it cannot be washed and sanitized properly. DO NOT add equipment without approval.
