In the interim, dilute sanitizer with water to ensure a 200ppm solution. all temperatures meet health requirements dishwasher tested at 74.3C at plates surface during final rinse general cleanliness is excellent food storage practices are good adequate supply of single use plates and cutlery handsinks equipped no signs of pest activity at time of inspection slicer machine is maintained
