Reviewed safe food storage practices - ensure all food items are stored in properly covered containers.
2 compartment sink - sanitizer feeder repaired 200 ppm quaternary ammonia
Reviewed juice dispenser - current juices in dispenser are not potentially hazardous foods, only orange juice product is potentially hazardous and requiring refrigeration. Staff mix and dispense orange juice manually and do not store concentrate within dispenser.
Both handsinks are fully accessable at time of inspection to allow for good staff hand hygiene.
High temperature dishwasher repaired, 76 C achieved during cycle.
Premise cleaning has been conducted, sanitary conditions improved.
