Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large recycling bin blocking the only handwash station in the smoothie bar.

Observation: Front single door undercounter cooler measured 15C at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Fix or replace the cooler. All coolers must maintain temperature < or = 4C at all times. Do not store any perishable, potentially hazardous food items inside the noted cooler until it is fixed.

Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Front handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine bleach concentration at 49C at the plate's level.
- Surface sanitizer stored in designated bin at 200ppm QUAT based concentration.
- Ice machine appears to be in clean condition.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection. Keep all copies on site for review by the health inspector.
- Staff washroom appear to be in clean condition. Handwash station fully stocked.
- Operating Permit with a valid decal. Post in a more conspicuous area visible by customers.

- Working thermometers inside all coolers.
