- Great improvement on general sanitation noted: cleaning was done under the stove and shelves, door handles for coolers were cleaned.
- Cardboard boxes were removed from the kitchen.
- Storage of foods was adequate. Raw meats were properly placed and covered.
- New wooden cutting board was on order. Smaller cutting board was used as a temporary measure.
- Sinks were maintained in a sanitary manner.

Operator is to contact the health department after holes on the walls are patched and the back door sweep is replaced.
