Follow up to Rpt. # 242262. Piping and grease trap for the three compartment sink have been replaced. No leaks are present. Invoice available on site. It was stated grease trap is the same volume as the previous grease trap (like-for-like). Reminder to contact applicable regulatory agencies to ensure you are in compliance with their requirements (e.g. Metro Vancouver). Discussed at time of inspection. New cutting board is on site. Cutting board is smooth, non-absorbent. Previous damaged cutting board was not observed on the premises. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection (operator on site). Written confirmation for FOODSAFE registration was available at time of inspection--two employees are scheduled to take the course on June 23, 2019.
