Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Sanitizer measured at 0ppm. Bleach used to make the sanitizer seemed to be expired and did not read any chlorine from test strips.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure to discard old chemicals. Extra bleach was available to make the sanitizer again at the time of inspection.

Comments

- Clean up has been done. Improvement in overall sanitation observed.
- All food items inside walk-in cooler are covered.
- Handsink papertowel dispenser has been replaced inside the kitchen.
- Cutting boards have been cleaned.

Owner has agreed to remove the large pot from the premises. An alternative pot was available - dimensions fit in the sink; however the length is still too long and it is not ideal for cooking. Ensure to not fully fill up the broth to the top as this would slow down the heating process. Clean the bottom outlet thoroughly as some rusting is observed inside the outlet pipe.
