Comments

- Handsinks in the front & back are equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
*The handsink in the front demonstrates poor drainage. Ensure that sinks drain properly to encourage handwashing.
- 100ppm chlorine detected in sanitizer buckets.
*Ensure to keep the cloths in the buckets while not in use to allow enough contact time with sanitizer.
- Temperatures of refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- Utensils, blenders and shakers are rinsed with water after use & sanitized every 4 hours during operation.
- Foods are stored off of floor
- Glue traps used in the back area to monitor for pest activity. No pest activities noted at the time of inspection.
* Recommended to completely cover the bottom of the back door as there are small openings on both ends which may grant entry to small rodents.
