Routine inspection conducted. Facility is maintained in excellent sanitary condition and is well-lit. The following observations were made:

1. Temperatures
- Multi-door glass display coolers 2C
- Centre stand-up cooler at 4C
- Multi-door glass display freezers at -18C

2. Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Hand wash station adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- Restroom in sanitary condition
- Bleach is available on-site. Ensure that you dilute to 200 ppm (e.g. 1 tsp per litre of water) when using it to sanitize your work surface
- Work surface is in sanitary condition and is only used once a month for packaging bulk items
- 2-compartment sink is present for warewashing

3. Storage
- Food items stored at least 6" off the floor
- All foods are protected from contamination - stored inside original containers or inside food-grade plastic containers, tightly fitted
- Each food item on premise is properly labelled according to item's common name, date of packaging, net weight, lot number, and address of establishment - excellent
- 3 expired products present in clearance section, expired July 2018 (ointment creams + one supplement bottle). These were voluntarily removed from shelf at time of inspection. Premise does not sell any expired products, only close-dated products in clearance section

4. Pest Control
- Abell Pest Control conducts routine audits. Mechanical traps inside storage areas did not contain any rodents. No evidence of recent pest activity at time of inspection
- One mini rodenticide bait station present in storage area - please inform company to remove it from premise. No rodenticides or poison baits should be placed indoors

No other concerns at this time. Please maintain your high level of sanitation in this establishment.
