-Follow-up inspection: -Sanitation level in the restaurant is much-improved -Surfaces throughout the restaurant have been deep-cleaned -Holes and gaps around perimeters have been sealed/patched with metal mesh/flashing material -Ensure to maintain sanitation at this level by maintaining a regular cleaning schedule (eg. deep clean a section of the restaurant every day, ensuring all areas are cleaned at least 1x per week) *Continue to remove mouse droppings and disinfect affected surfaces with bleach/water solution *Follow all recommendations from the pest control technician towards eliminating mice in the premises
