Introduction

This is a follow up to the routine as required for newly licenced facilities and opportunity to follow up on the coded violations from the routine inspection. Licensing received Ms. Wong's written response.

Observed Violations
STAFFING: 12380 - CCLR s.38(a) - If for any reason an employee described in Column 1 of the table in section 37 [absent employees] ceases employment, (a) section 37 applies, for up to 30 days from the date the employee ceases employment, as if the employee were absent.
Observation: The facility is without a manager for greater than 30 days, the Licensee contact was made aware of the requirement.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure manager is in place
