General Observations:
Upright kitchen cooler temperature was 2 degC
Upright kitchen freezer temperature was -19 degC
Hand sink was fully equipped.
200ppm Quats was available for use in a spray bottle. STORE WIPING CLOTHS IN THE SANITIZER SOLUTION.
Dishwasher rinse had 50ppm chlorine at the plate level
No pest concerns noted at the time of inspection
At least one staff on-site had FS level 1 certification. ENSURE THAT THE CHEF HAS VALID FS LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION AS WELL.
Take home meal program is not in place at the moment
