The following items have been corrected: -->Temperature for top compartment of sandwich prep cooler has been adjusted. Temperature is measured to be 1.2oC. -->Dropping on shelves have been removed. Notify pest control of where you see pest activity. -->Operator has moved all soup containers and store smaller items in plastic containers -->Griller has been removed from facility. Operator must remove all cooking equipment that is not allowed to use in the facility (ie. pan, extra griller, etc). A violation ticket will be issued if such equipment is seen again in facility.
