ITEMS CORRECTED: - Additional treatment for cockroaches has occurred - Staff washroom handsink repaired - Cleaning has occurred - Two compartment sink no longer leaks - Sanitizer solution in place ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Cockroach infestation ongoing; multiple sightings today. Remove both wooden chopping boards from facility and have them powerwashed. After power washing have non-food contact areas (such as legs or bottoms or undersides) baited for cockroaches - Cleaning of dry storage bins in dim sum prep area / two compartment sink area - Repair cooler door handle. Replace rope as before with other handle. - Hole in screen door to be repaired - Cooler door has large cracks repaired with duct tape. This has been discussed during previous inspection. This is to be repaired immediately. Follow up inspection to occur as a result of this violation. Cooler door MUST be repaired at next inspection. Either repair door or replace door or replace entire cooler unit. Currently, cooler door has both panes of double paned glass with cracks running most of the length of the cooler door and taped with duct tape. This is a hazard due to the broken glass in close proximity to the food. Ensure broken glass is repaired/replaced by next inspection.
