Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers measured at -18C or less.
Hot holding measured at 60C or higher.
General sanitation is excellent.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 74C at the plate level.
No sign of recent pest activity at this time. Reviewed recent pest service report.
QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm.
