Routine inspection conducted. Kitchen not in operation at this time. -Handwash stations (bar/kitchen) adequately supplied. -Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory. -100-200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle below sink. Ensure to add 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1 L of water to prepare correct concentration. Label the bottle as 'bleach' or 'sanitizer' -Food storage practice satisfactory. Not much food stored at this time. -High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.3'C at the plate level after final rinse. -Ventilation canopy hood maintained clean. Next service in 2017. -No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. -No concerns observed at this time. NOTE: Coffee bar used every Sunday, Kitchen about x2/month for different events.
