304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: A number of mice droppings were noticed underneath grain storage shelves, in staff washroom, underneath and behind storage shelves and in boiler room.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Thorough cleaning required throuhgout the facility to remove any and all droppings from the premises including boiler room and staff washroom. (By August 3, 2017)
2. Increase the frequency of pest control inspections to at least on a weekly basis. Weekly monitoring must occur to assess pest numbers.
3. Overnight, all grains must be either stored in bins with tight fitting lids or in closed bags.
4. Any food or grain spills must be cleamed regularly and at the end of each day.

Observation:
Corrective Action(s): 1. The bay door must be kept closed when not in use loadinng/unloading etc.
2. Garbage and food wastes must be removed every night from staff lunch rooms and offices.
3. All pallets must be moved on a regular basis for cleaning underneath.
4. Seal or patch any gaps along floor wall junctions in the staff lunch room, staff washroom and other rooms. (August 10, 2017)

Observation: Accumulation of mould and dust noticed on the walls
