- Follow up to routine inspection ABAI-BE5SXS conducted
- Bean sprouts stored on ice with two small ice sticks
- No soaking noodles at room temperature. Operator soaking noodles are only out of the cooler unit during lunch rush and they store a large ice wand in the container of water.
- No cooling foods available at time of inspection. Operator said they use ice wands and/or ice baths to facilitate cooling.
- All hand wash stations were accessible and unobstructed at time of inspection.
