Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front handwash station did not have any single use paper towels. Back handwash station paper towel dispenser blocked by meat grinder.
Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must be accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Paper towels were replaced in the front handwash station and meat grinder was relocated in the back to allow easy access to the single use paper towels.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Front customer area coolers were at 4C (three coolers in total).
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Sink plugs and bleach available. Manual warewashing signage available.
-Bleach sanitizer diluted to 200ppm. Ensure bleach is maintained at 100ppm to 200ppm to properly sanitize food contact surfaces. Concentrations in excess of 200ppm may be toxic.
-Meat grinder and meat saw cleaned and sanitized after each use. Meat cutting board sanitized after each use.
-Foods stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Minor renovations have been carried out to the facility. Cooler units have been relocated.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

-Facility still needs to develop and post a COVID-19 safety plan.
-Facility provides hand sanitizer at the front of the facility and has arrows on the floor indicating traffic flow patterns
