-Follow-up inspection to July 22, 2016 -Prep cooler and sweets cooler serviced- both less than 4°C -Scoops were properly stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection -Kitchen hot water tap has been tightened (handwash station). -Bleach spray bottles properly labelled. Ensure bottle is relabelled if the labels fall off. -Prep cooler requires accurate thermometer (other units equipped with accurate thermometer). -Light fixtures in sweets cooler removed to be fitted with shatter resistant shields. -Prep cooler door seals are in order. -Health approved is given to operate.
