Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The hand washing station next to the staff washroom was not working at the time of inspection. The plumbing was turned off for a recent repair that took place. The supervisor turned the plumbing back on at this time. Hot and cold running water available now.

Observation: Food grade thermometers are required in every coolers and hot holding unit. Meat display coolers did not have thermometers at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Replace missing thermometers. Correct this by: June 28, 2021

Routine inspection conducted:

(After correction) hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Bleach sanitizer was measured at 100 ppm as per test strips.
Temperature of walk in cooler and display coolers noted at 4°C or lower.
Temperature of freezers were noted at -18°C or lower.
Hot holding unit was not in operation at the time of inspection.
In use utensils are stored in sanitary manner.
No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
General sanitation is adequate.
Observed excellent hand washing practice from staffs.
