A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -21C or colder; and thermometers present. - Ice machine was clean. Ice is made, bagged and sold. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or platforms. - All in order.
