Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. At the time of inspection, operator changed QUATs sanitizer bucket and spray bottle to measure at 200ppm. Under counter cooler, walk-in cooler, beverage cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit measured at 77C. Ice machine and fountain drink machine in sanitary condition. Ice scoop observed to be stored outside of ice meachine. Pest control company comes in on a monthly basis. Last pest report conducted on April 12, 2022 indicated no pest issues. No pest activities observed at the time of inspection. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
