[s. 14(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Observed mushroom products displayed in room temperature. - Packaged rice rolls displayed in room temperature. Corrective Action(s): - Ensure to store mushrooms in display cooler. Operator stated that they are transferred back into the walk-in cooler after closing. They should be stored at 4C or below at all times. - Rice rolls are delivered from a supplier and portioned/packaged on site. Delivery for today's stock occurred over 2hours ago. Rice rolls discarded. Ensure rice rolls are stored at 4C or below at all times. Violation Score: 15

Corrective Action(s): - Discard damaged cardboard boxes. Ensure they get replaced routinely when they are restocked. - Clean the fan covers of the display cooler and the walk-in cooler. - Pull out all produce items and clean the base of the storage units.
