A routine inspection was completed: - Coolers 4C or colder and thermometers present. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water. - Glasswashers not in use at time of inspection, as grates and stoppers being washed and sanitized in dishwasher found in "Quick Serve Restaurant". Iodine bottles full. - At time of inspection, bar just opened and will hold dirty glasses until grates and stoppers are done being cleaned and sanitized. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves and racks. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottles had strength of 200ppm. NOTE - Glasses shall only be manually washed using the 3-compartment sink method, or in a working commercial glasswasher, or in a working commercial dishwasher.
