- Cooler 4C; freezer -10C; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle had [Cl2] of 200ppm. - All surfaces (walls, floors and ceiling) are smooth, durable, sealed, and cleanable. The wall tiles have been replaced with FR. This material is durable, smooth, level, sealed and cleanable. The floor has been painted and sealed. - The 2-comp sink has been permanently plumbed into the sewage drain. - All foods stored in food grade containers with tight fitting lids; covered; date coded; labelled; and foods stored 6" off the floor. - No expired foods in use. FIFO rules being followed. - Valid, FoodSafe level 1 staff present. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - Yearly health permit fees have been paid. Ensure to stick the decal on the health permit, when you receive it. - All in order.
